Masters:
Use of argon-fluoride (ArF), excimer laser to micro-machine structures in polymers using mask projection and direct laser writing.
PhD:
Objective was to develop fluoro-phospho-alumino-silicate glasses and glass-ceramics for use in dental applications, and to investigate the amorphous phase separation mechanism in this system.
Post-Doc:
Objective was to fabricate functional, crack-free, multilayer integrated passive devices and involved co-firing of screen-printed ceramic thick films.
