**********New Students - Username and Passwords*******************

 

New Students to DCU

 

***CAO Round 1 students will be sent an email regarding their username and password before end of business on Tuesday 14th September*********

Each new student to DCU is allocated a unique Username and Password that is used to log into your DCU email address, DCU systems and to register for your course. New students will be sent a communication to outline how to access this username and password, (Please check your spam or junk folder if you have not received the communication email). It is very important that you take note of your username and password once it is set up during this process. Please also sign up for Easypass. Once signed up, you can use this online service in future to reset your password, provided you have your username.

Returning DCU Students

If you are a returning student and have your username, you can use Easypass to reset the password. You must have logged in to Easypass before in order to use this service.

In the event you cannot remember either your username or password or have not previously logged on to Easypass, please contact Information System Services (ISS).

DCU students must agree to the Terms and Conditions of the University prior to registering for their programme of study each academic year. Prior to registering online, please review the registration schedule for your programme. This document will list the optional modules available to you. Please enter your Qualification Title and Year of Study onto the following screen and click 'Apply', to view your registration schedule.

Step 2:

Review the 'Checklist' and 'Important Note' below before proceeding to online registration:

 

Checklist:
  • Log on and register with your DCU username and password.
  • Check your registration schedule and make note of your optional modules, where a choice exists. (You will be directed to the registration schedule when you login. Use this as a guide for selecting your modules).
  • Check and update your PPSN, biographical and next of kin details online.
  • Click ‘I Accept’ to accept the rules and regulations of the University for the coming year.
  • Register online correctly for your qualification (programme of study) AND your modules.(Your confirmed module choices are listed in step 7 of the online registration process).
  • Pay your fees (Please note you are NOT registered by paying your fees only).

Important Notes:
Please note you must complete each step of the online registration process sequentially. 
Payment of fees is the last step of the registration process and payment of fees alone is not confirmation of registration.
