DCU Business Matchmaker 2016
Following the success of last year’s Business Matchmaker, DCU will host its second Matchmaker event on February 17th 2016. This is an opportunity for you to meet one-to-one with companies interested in R&D and discuss how your expertise can help them. You will be able to find industry partners to collaborate with on national and EU projects, find companies interested in accessing contract research and partner with organisations to fund PhD students. The Research Hubs and Invent will be on hand to offer advice on funding and collaboration mechanisms.
How it works: Register online now for the event and fill out your profile highlighting the key benefits of your research to industry. It is important you do this by December 4th as the event will be then heavily promoted to industry and your expertise will need to be visible by then in order to secure meetings. Once all industry profiles are online the meeting scheduling will be opened and companies will request a one-to-one meeting with you or you can request a meeting with companies that register.
