Fiona Brennan is the Research Support Manager within the Research and Innovation Support (RIS) unit at DCU. She is responsible for managing the Research Support team, and ensuring the delivery of research support services and policies which facilitate the implementation of the research strategy. This includes oversight of Research Ethics, Research Integrity, and HR Excellence for Researchers initiatives. She has been based in RIS since 2004, providing support to different disciplines, units and faculties. She represents RIS on internal DCU committees, including Quality Promotion Committee and Research Ethics Committee. She is also a member of external research related fora and networks which shape research policy and practice, including the National Forum for Research Integrity, EARMA Ethics and Research Integrity Officer Network, and the Irish Universities Association Research Officers group.
