The Research and Enterprise Hubs have an integrated funding diversity, communications and business development team that supports DCU Research activity in strategic research areas by helping staff with the preparation of research proposals and in engaging industry partners is collaborative research activity. Each hub is guided by an academic director who works with the DCU academic community by building on existing strengths and develop new activities for future growth.

The hub directors also guide the formation of major partnerships and ensure that DCU research and innovation has significant impact on the selected societal challenges.
