October, 2002 The OVPR was privileged to have both the outgoing First Secretary for Science & Technology at the Chinese Embassy, Mr. Jincheng Kang and his successor, Mr. Xuejun Liang at DCU to give a presentation on the potential for Sino-Irish education and research collaborations.
