We will be welcoming Horizon Europe Irish National Contact Points for MSCA calls (with a focus on MSCA Doctoral Networks); Cluster 2: Culture, Creativity and Inclusive Society; and Cluster 3: Civil Security for Society. The day will start with a panel session where DCU PIs will share their experiences and take questions around how they initiated and continue to develop their European network, followed by NCP-delivered information sessions on upcoming calls in 2025 and beyond.
There will also be an opportunity to book one of a limited number of 20 minute 1:1 NCP meetings to discuss your proposal ideas/plans, after the main session.

Professor Brian Nosek from the Center for Open Science (COS) will discuss the COS theory of change through his webinar "How to start, scale, and sustain culture and behavior change" and how it may be used for improving research culture in a variety of contexts.

The European Commission are holding a live webinar with Q&A session for those interested in becoming an expert for Horizon Europe. Volunteering as an expert is a great opportunity to see inside the workings of Horizon Europe proposal reviewing, which can have a positive impact on writing future proposals.
