Why you chose to study in DCU?

If I’m to be honest with you, DCU wasn’t my first choice. But ever since my first day as a university student in DCU, I wouldn’t change a thing. DCU has opened up many routes for progression both as an individual and in all aspects of life. A university I’m sure you will love as much I do now.

One unique part about your course that you like

The most unique thing about my course is that we get to explore all aspects of the human anatomy and are given the opportunity to see first hand all the things that could possibly go wrong. I found it very intriguing to find out how the body is interlinked.

Best thing about DCU experience so far

It would have to be the community. The people in DCU are like my own little family. I never thought that I would make any more lifelong friends when I came to university but I was wrong. The clubs and socs is also pretty good in DCU, from a joining fee of €4 per year to free PIZZA and amazing events, I really don’t know why anyone wouldn’t want to be a member. DCU also offers over 100 clubs and socs covering a variety of people’s interest.

Plans after DCU

Well If I’m to be honest I’m not exactly sure what I want do once I graduate but I know for definite that I don’t want to be a nurse. I plan on doing a postgraduate, just not sure in what yet. Everything and anything is up for grabs at the moment.
