Orientation Schedules for Undergraduates September 2025

There are multiple ways you can explore our campus: 

1. Once you have retrieved your schedule, you will find a key below it that explains room numbers and locations.  

2. Engage with our new DCU Campus Ambassador (Virtual Assistant) who can help you to navigate campuses, find rooms and services. Campus Ambassador is also integrated with our interactive virtual model, DCU Campus Explorer (which is optimised for Desktop use). 

3. View Maps of our campuses.

4. Some programmes have an integrated campus tour, put we also have an option for you to book a tour if it's not included. 

Card Collection

Students should have their Student number AND one of the following pieces of ID (photos of documents will not be accepted)

Irish Driving License or Learner Permit (New credit card format)
Current Valid Passport (from country of citizenship)
Irish Public Services Card issued by the Department of Social Protection (must be accompanied with a document which contains date of birth)
National Age Card issued by An Garda Siochana (must be accompanied with a birth certificate)
National Identity Card for EU/EEA/Swiss Citizens
