Academic biographyProf. Mark Roantree has research interests in data management topics such as interoperability, data integration & warehousing and machine learning. He have secured more than €3.6 million in funding, publishing in excess of 120 papers, often in high impact journals and conferences, graduating 23 research students over the the past 20 years.
He reviews papers for numerous journals and international conferences including the International Journal of Cooperative Information Systems, Data and Knowledge Engineering (DKE), Transactions on Information Systems (TOIS), International Journal on Digital Libraries, Information Processing Letters, SIGMOD Record, software Practice and Experience and the International Conferences on Extending Database Technologies (EDBT), and the largest Semantic Web Conference (ISWC), among many others.
