 The HLC Psychotherapy and Counselling service provides a highly confidential, community based counselling and psychotherapy service, a safe place where you can talk about your worries and get the support you need to help you find real and practical solutions to deal with life’s problems. In addition, we provide opportunities for you to develop useful life skills and to achieve more of your personal potential.

The Centre is actively involved in education, research and innovation in the field of Counselling and Psychotherapy.

Confidentiality
Our service is committed to ensuring client confidentiality. Limits to confidentiality are determined by best practice guidelines.

What does it cost?
The Healthy Living Centre, provides a low cost service.

Cost of Service;

Initial assessment - €40

Individual therapy -  €35 to €50 per session

Couples therapy - €60 per session

Family therapy -  €45 per session

You can take your first step towards seeking support for your difficulties by simply calling the HLC at 01 7007171 for an appointment. At your first appointment you will be given an opportunity to speak with one of our practitioners and you will then be offered psychotherapy or you may be referred to a more appropriate agency.
