DCU's Athena Swan Officer is a member of the Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Unit in HR. The Athena Swan Officer is responsible for guiding DCU’s Institutional application for Silver in 2024 while supporting the implementation and monitoring of our current Gender Action Plan 2020 - 2024. In addition, the Officer is the first point of contact for Schools/Units engaging with Athena Swan and will support Schools/Units in developing their applications.
