The DCU Academic Development & Promotion Framework aims to provide faculty with clearly-defined expectations regarding standards for academic career development and progression.
It serves as a tool to support both individual career planning and development conversations with Heads of School and/or mentors.
The Framework is built around the three broad domains of core academic activity within DCU:

The Teaching Enhancement Unit (TEU) has responsibility for teaching and learning support and development in the University and is part of the National Institute for Digital Learning (NIDL).
