Introduction

If you are wondering how to get homecare hours or what to look for in a nursing home for an older person who needs additional support, this practical session will benefit you.  We will provide you with information and directions on preparation to access services -  what supports are available, how and who to approach or how to build on existing supports.

 HOW TO REGISTER FOR THIS COURSE

1. Log in to your Core HR portal 
2. Click the Learning and Development tab
