Any time you are in the presence of another person, you are communicating.  Speaking or silent, whether you are aware of it or not, you are communicating; i.e. sending a message which may or may not be understood accurately by the other person. Communicating with impact and Influence is about gauging your current effectiveness in communicating your message and influencing others. We'll help you assess how effective you are in bringing others to your way of thinking and give you strategies to improve how you communicate with influence.

Aims of this course:

The aims of this course is to assist you to:

• Increase your awareness of your communication style
• Understand the sources of power and influence
• Tailor your communication style to influence others
• Improve interpersonal influencing skills 

At the end of this workshop, you will be able to:

• Understand and tailor your style and method of communicating with others
• Anticipate the impact of your actions or words
• Prepare effectively to achieve successful outcomes when influencing
• Use your personal sources of influence

HOW TO REGISTER FOR THIS COURSE
