Description:
We at HR appreciate that this brings extra challenges to starting your new job. Join us for this 3.5-hour in person Orientation session, which gives you the opportunity to meet DCU President Prof Daire Keogh and learn more about DCU. You'll be introduced to other colleagues who have recently started, get an overview of how the university functions, and you'll be invited to field any questions you might have.
Aims of this Session:
- give participants a sense of Dublin City University, its origins and culture
- provide an overview of DCU's organisational and academic structures
- give an overview of a number of important policies and procedures
- provide staff with an opportunity to meet other staff members and ask questions
