The University Leadership and Management Programme

The Human Resources Department hosted a reception yesterday to mark the completion by colleagues of the University Leadership & Management Programme. A large cross section of staff (28 in total) from across the University campuses participated in this ILM accredited programme. The programme focuses on the principles and techniques of leadership and management and how this is applied in an academic setting.
