Albert College DCU Glasnevin Campus
Welcome to Corporate Compliance at DCU.
The University operates within a complex legal landscape and its commitment to meeting all its legal obligations is defined in the DCU Risk Appetite Statement, which reflects its low tolerance for non-compliance.
To meet this challenge, the University has established a strong governance framework to identify and manage its legal obligations.
This section provides information on how that framework is put into practice.
The University has identified the key legislation that comprises its Corporate Compliance Framework (CCF) as referenced in the Compliance Policy.
For each piece of legislation the primary Compliance Manager, and the unit or function whose responsibilities most closely aligns to the subject matter of the legislation, are provided.
