Becoming a successful online learner: Getting started

Get connected!

Regular and reliable access to a computer and Internet connection are key to making the most of electronic teaching and learning resources. If you have limited access to a computer and Internet connection at home, then you should organise an alternative means of access. Other options include DCU’s on campus computer labs, public libraries and Internet cafés. Even if you do have regular Internet access, it is worth having a contingency plan, just in case your regular access fails.
