The list below contains the members of the DCU self-evaluation steering committee. As per the recommended guidelines from the European University Association (EUA) who are organising the review, the committee must represent a broad view of the institiution rather than a partial view of its management. The EUA recommend that the steering committee should have the following characteristics:
- its members should be in a good position to judge strengths and weaknesses
- it should contain no more than 10 members
- it should represent the major constituencies in the institution (academic, staff, students, and administrative staff) to maximise involvement of all major stakeholders
