New look for Doras, DCU’s Research Repository

We have updated the look and feel of Doras our Research Repository, giving it a more modern, user-friendly interface and making it easier than ever to access outputs of DCU research. The redesign aims to improve user experience, supporting its core mission to enable open access to DCU publications and other research outputs.

The Doras Research Repository, and Green Open Access more broadly, are key components of the University’s Research and Library strategies, with overarching goals of enhancing visibility, accessibility, and impact of its academic outputs.

By offering a centralised open-access platform, Doras helps ensure DCU research reaches beyond traditional academic circles, and increases its potential for broader societal impact. 

Alongside providing a route to open access, archiving your work in Doras makes your research more discoverable and more likely to be returned by academic search engines such as Google Scholar.
