Event Management

Any event planned to take place on any of the DCU campuses, must be notified to the helpdesk in the Estates Office (01-700 5174/ helpdesk.estates@dcu.ie), at the earliest possible opportunity and not less than two weeks before the event.  Events should not take place before approval is received from the Estates Office. Students also need to contact the 'Health & Safety Office' to notify them of an event happening on campus.
