Programme Orientation

The induction weekend will focus on the role of visionary leadership in shaping the future of education and training in a time of rapid technological change. Participants will take part in interactive and collaborative learning experiences, including enquiry-based activities and multimedia tutorials, while exploring how leaders can drive digital transformation and create impactful educational practices.

The programme will also highlight the complexity of organisations and the challenges of navigating both planned and unexpected change. Attention will be given to leadership strategies that foster resilience, innovation, and sustainability, with a particular emphasis on the influence of organisational culture, and decision-making processes.

By the end of the weekend, participants will have gained valuable insights into how effective leadership can inspire innovation, support transformation, and shape future learning experiences in an evolving landscape.
