Registry Information Services (RIS)


Registry delivers administrative services to the University community and manages all major student-related activities including admissions, registration, examinations, and graduation. Registry Information Services can assist you with the following:

  • Undergraduate & Postgraduate admissions queries
  • Registration process and queries, such as change of module, deferral of the academic year, leave of absence, or withdrawals
  • Submission of examination related forms e.g. Postponement of examinations, Extenuating circumstances, etc.
  • Queries related to SUSI/Student Loan Company (SLC)
  • Letters confirming registration and stamping of various forms
  • Examination ID Audits
  • Replacement of ID cards
  • Transcript of results requests
