DEI Early Careers Event

We are excited to announce a virtual diversity, equality, and inclusion early careers event aimed at showcasing our graduate and intern programs across all our divisions. For some context this could include opportunities in credit analysis, sales/commercial, marketing, HR, finance to name but a few. The event is specifically targeted at students you identify as coming from underrepresented groups. We are deeply committed to fostering diversity and extending opportunities to individuals from diverse backgrounds. One point that I feel is important to highlight with the aim of being transparent, most of our early careers routes into the organisation are unable to offer employer sponsorship. This is clearly detailed on our job descriptions either way
