Employer Hosted Event or Webinar Advertisement and Promotional Form
This is a promotion form for employers to advertise and promote your events or webinars that are taking place off-campus, for example at your company headquarters or virtual events organised and hosted by the employer.
In order to promote your event or webinar, please complete the details in full. We require at least two week’s notice for all event and webinar promotions. To help with your planning please find the academic calender. The events and webinars are promoted by email, event listing webpage and newsletter.
If different events such as skills sessions run over a number of days, please complete a booking form per event.
We may not be able to advertise your events if there is a clash with careers fair or employer in residence events.

The first section of the Form requesting your details is for Careers Service office use only.
The second part of the form from 'Title of Event or Webinar' will be published on the Career events listing page on our website, via email and newsletter to students.
