Assistive Technology Officer

Whats is an Assistive Technology Officer (ATO) and how do I access one?

Assistive Technology Assessment and Training

After signing up with the Disability and Learning Support Service (DLSS), students referred for AT will be contacted by the Assistive Technology Officer.

The AT officer will meet with the student to discuss their AT needs and the referral from the Disability Officer. Technology is explored and training will be provided.

Other accommodations such as exam support and any other needs on campus may also be discussed.

Additional training will be given to any students who requires or requests it and is subject to the student's needs and will be carried out over the course of the semester.
