Weekly Live Well Group


The weekly 'Live Well' group for students registered with the DLSS will cover the most common issues students come to OT for help with.

These workshops will cover six topics with an aim to support you to get the best out of your college experience:


  • Study Skills
  • Self Regulation
  • Improve your Focus
  • Stop Procrastinating
  • Self Care for students
  • Sleep


These sessions are 30 minutes long and take place on Tuesdays & Wednesdays on the Glasnevin Campus.   No need to sign up; just come along.
