The STEP Project Global Consortium (SPGC) connects academics and family business experts worldwide to report on entrepreneurship practices within family businesses. DCU NCFB is the Irish Partner to the STEP Project. The aim is to conduct family business research in collaboration with leading academic institutions engaged in research, teaching, and practice-oriented activities. The global and jurisdiction reports generate solutions that have immediate application for family leaders and are produced annually. Ireland's recent reports are catalogued and downloadable below. The STEP data-driven insights are made openly available to offer best-practice solutions to sustain entrepreneurial families across generations.
