Online Lunchtime Course

Mindfulness practice has shown itself to be effective in a number of areas, for example: Concentration, Motivation, Productivity, Stress, Anxiety, Personal  Well-Being etc 
This 4 week lunchtime  programme introduces the central principles and practices of this approach. It aims to increase one’s awareness to be more present,to regulate stress levels, while supporting  wiser choices, decisions and actions.



Session 1  Living more in the Present  Tuesday,  27th of October
Session 2 Mindfulness of the Worried Mind  Monday, 2nd November
Session 3 Responding rather than reacting to Stress Monday, 9th November   
Session 4 Self Care- A core resource to Resilience  Monday, 16th November    


Open to :  ALL DCU Students & Staff     

Time:    All sessions in the series will take place online from 1.00pm – 2.00pm

Admission:   Free

For a richer learning experience:  Attend all 4 sessions, each session builds on the previous one.     

A Certificate of Attendance will be issued to participants who attend all 4 sessions.
