Online Lunchtime Course with

Mindfulness practice has shown itself to be effective in a number of areas, for example: Concentration, Motivation, Productivity, Stress, Anxiety, Personal Well-Being etc
This 4 week lunchtime programme introduces the central principles and practices of this approach. It aims to increase one’s awareness to be more present,to regulate stress levels, while supporting wiser choices, decisions and actions.

Open to: All DCU Students & Staff
Time: All sessions in the series will take place online from 1.00pm – 2.00pm
For a richer learning experience: Attend all 4 sessions, each session builds on the previous one.
A Certificate of Attendance will be issued to participants who attend all 4 sessions.
