Mindfulness practice has shown itself to be effective in a number of areas, for example: Concentration, Motivation, Productivity, Stress, Anxiety, Personal  Well-Being etc.

This 4 week lunchtime programme introduces the central principles and practices of this approach. It aims to increase one’s awareness to be more present, to regulate stress levels, while supporting  wiser choices, decisions and actions.

Further information about this four week programme will be added at the commencement of the New Academic Year

Session 1  Living in the Present 
Session 2 Mindfulness of the Worried Mind 
Session 3 Wise Mind Decision Making 
Session 4 Resilience: Self-Care a core resource 

Open to:  All DCU Students & Staff during the Academic Year

Time:  All sessions in the series will take place online from 1.00pm – 2.00pm

For a richer learning experience:  Attend all 4 sessions, each session builds on the previous one.     

A Certificate of Attendance will be issued to participants who attend all 4 sessions.
