Lunchtime Course

Mindfulness practice has shown itself to be effective in a number of areas, for example: Concentration, Motivation, Productivity, Stress, Anxiety, Personal  Well-Being etc.

This 4 week programme introduces the central principals and practices of this approach and aims to increase your awareness, knowing that the more tuned in you are to yourself and the world, the wiser your choices, decisions and actions will be.

Session 1   Learn how to live more in the present   TBC  
Session 2 Learn Mindfulness of Emotion  TBC   
Session 3  Learn how to respond rather than react to stress   TBC   
Session 4  Learn Self Care, a core resource to resilience  TBC  


Open to :  ALL DCU STUDENTS & STAFF     

Time:    All sessions in the series will take place from 1.00pm – 2.00pm

Admission:   Free

For a richer learning experience:  Attend all 4 sessions, each session builds on the previous one.     

A Certificate of Attendance will be issued to participants who attend all 4 sessions.
