We have a jobs board available to advertise opportunities to students and graduates. It is self- service and is free of charge to use. To register for an account, please go to MyCareer.dcu.ie
Due to high volume of requests, we do not usually send targeted emails to students. Once your job is published on the jobs board it may be included in our weekly e-newsletter to final year and postgraduate students.
Students may elect to receive job alert notifications about opportunities in their area of interest, so it is a great way to keep in touch.
Job opportunities can be advertised at any time.
Final year students usually begin to look for graduate roles at the start of the academic year and continue to the following summer and beyond.
Masters students may also start job searching from the start of their degree in September and continue throughout the academic year.
Students interested in summer internships may start looking for roles before Christmas. The new year and early spring is also a popular time for students to start job searching for a summer internship.
For students who are doing an internship as part of their degree, please see the degree courses, which includes details of when students go on internships. Please email intra@dcu.ie for more information.
The jobs board is provided free of charge.
We aim to approve all jobs within 48 hours of receiving them.

We accept suitable volunteering opportunities for bona fide local registered charities, where the role provides relevant experience for DCU students/graduates.
We also accept international volunteering and development work opportunities, where the organisation providing the opportunities is a registered member of Comhlámh and displays the Comhlámh symbol on their website.
We advertise in good faith, jobs that are deemed suitable and relevant to DCU students and graduates and expect all employers and recruiters to comply with our terms and conditions. Please check out MyCareer: Employer Terms & Conditions

The Careers Service does not issue signed internship agreements and we suggest that companies draw up a contract between the student and the company.
