The DCU WaterBlitz 2022 involved 108 community groups across all 26 counties of the Republic and was one of Ireland's biggest ever 'citizen science' projects.

Samples made at the DCU lab of Dr Susan Kelleher travelled to the Moon, but were lost with the lander.
