Peer observation can be used to get an objective view from a peer on a particular aspect of teaching or approach to teaching. The peer observation is controlled by you in that you decide what areas of observation you wish your colleague to observe and the type of feedback you require.
The Peer Observation Guidelines explain the process and the role of the observer and the following forms relate to the process explained in them:
