The learning innovation delivers a module on teaching and learning for postgraduate students involved in tutoring and demonstrating across the university. This module is run through the Graduate Studies Training programme at DCU.

The module aims to:

• introduce participants to pedagogical theory and practice in the context of the roles of tutors and demonstrators
• enhance the transferable skills of participating postgraduate students
• improve the quality of tutoring and demonstrating in DCU
