Lethargic and Unenthusiastic?

When you sit down to study, it can be hard to find the energy for it after a long day in college and no exams approaching, you can’t help but think.. what’s the point?!

To ensure you stop these thoughts, set yourself short term goals. If you make a goal for yourself at each study period,  make sure your work to that and this will keep you going. Just flicking through pages with no real purpose is useless.
