Moodle Showcase

We have now been using Moodle 2 for a little under one full semester. At this stage we would like to highlight how some of your colleagues have been using Moodle this semester - using some of the old features and bringing in some new ones too. The morning will be divided into short 10-15 minute presentations including topics like:

• Using groups and groupings with large cohorts
• Using Moodle to monitor your students engagement with your course material
• Using wikis in Moodle Using Moodle to help manage final year projects
• Using Moodle for language teaching
• Some of new features yet to be discovered

Thank you to everybody that has embraced the change so far and hopefully this session will help spark some new ideas for your teaching for next semester and beyond. The event is free but as a light lunch will be provided booking is essential so we can manage numbers.
