Alumni Awards Wall Viewing and Garden Party

The Alumni Office welcomed our 2024 Alumni Award recipients back to campus to view the Alumni Wall in the Glasnevin Library, alongside refreshments and networking. Students are able to see the Alumni Wall on both the Glasnevin and St. Patrick's College Campus. 

Alumni Awards are presented to Dublin City University graduates who embody the DCU mission to transform lives and societies after their time on campus. There are awardees from each DCU Faculty. Nominations are now open for the 2025 Alumni Awards: https://www.dcu.ie/alumni/25alumniawardsnomination

At the viewing and garden party, the Alumni Office was also able to present Dr Fiona Lodge with her award since she was unable to attend the January ceremony. In 2022, Fiona joined No Filter, a game-changing startup in the video streaming and gaming space and she is now back in Europe, heading up Product Management for a suite of large-scale real-time video streaming products for business, consumer and various vertical markets.

Fiona graduated from the DCU Faculty of Engineering and Computing in 1993 with a BEng in Electronic Engineering and in 2000 with a PhD in Electronic Engineering.

Fiona was among the eight recipients to receive a DCU Alumni Award this year - congratulations Fiona!
