Fairway connections at Alumni Golf Outing
Alumni came together under sunny skies at Castleknock Golf Club on Friday, 20th June, for a fantastic day of golf and community at the DCU Alumni Golf Outing.
With 20 golfers taking part, the event kicked off with a warm welcome and check-in at the Oakland Room, where participants collected goodie bags and golf cards from the DCU Alumni team. The outing included a main course dinner following the round, giving alumni an opportunity to reconnect and reflect on the day's play. A special thank you goes to Castleknock Golf Club for their generous support and hospitality throughout the event.
We were delighted to be joined by Mark Doogue, a graduate of DCU Institute of Education and recipient of the DCU Golf Scholarship. Mark was on hand to present prizes to the winners and will represent DCU at St Andrew’s in the Boyd Quaich Tournament, taking place on 23rd to 27th June. We wish him every success in the competition and are grateful for his support at our outing.
