If a room remains unoccupied 15 minutes after the allotted start time it will be deemed vacant and is made available for use by another group.

All study rooms are fitted with a LCD monitor which can be connected to a laptop through the supplied HDMI cable.

Wireless connection to these screens is not currently available

The monitors have no facility for sound.

  1. On the wall of the room, there’s a control panel.
  2. Power on the screen.
  3. Plug the HDMI cable into the laptop’s HDMI socket.
  4. Turn on the laptop.   After a few seconds, the screen will automatically connect to the laptop.
