Special Collections & Archives
Our Special Collections & Archives directorate was formed in September 2016. We hold a range of research collections in different formats, available for consultation in the Reading Room on the lower ground floor of O'Reilly Library.
We provide a range of services and functions around these collections including exhibitions, presentations, cataloguing, preservation and digitisation. Find out more about our collections and services below.
We hold a wide range of named collections of printed books and pamphlets from different periods.
Our archive collections contain holdings of national and international standing on range of research themes.
Make an appointment to consult material in our Reading Room on the Lower Ground Floor of O'Reilly Library, Glasnevin Campus.
