Digital Technology Solutions
The DTS Desk (run by DTS staff) can help you with:
- IT issues such as email or password problems, network access, lost files, or hardware issues
- Multi‑Factor Authentication
- Eduroam access
- Loop access
- DCU apps
- Borrowing laptops/Chromebooks for use in the Library
- Printing, photocopying and scanning
- SafeQ account problems

Maths Learning Centre
The Maths Learning Centre offers free, informal support for undergraduate students taking mathematics modules. You’ll find the Centre on the ground floor of O’Reilly Library, Glasnevin campus.
Writing Centre
The Writing Centre provides support with academic writing for all undergraduate and postgraduate students.
They offer online resources, live workshops, and one‑to‑one appointments.
The Centre is located on the ground floor of O’Reilly Library, Glasnevin campus.
SensusAccess
SensusAccess is an automated service that converts documents into more accessible formats such as MP3 files, e‑books, or digital Braille.
You can use it to convert:
- Slides and lecture notes
- Scanned PDFs
- Photos of text taken on your phone
- PowerPoint presentations
- Journal articles
